This website is operated by Vntr Works FZE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vntr Works FZE, trading under the brand name VNTR WORKS.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Products and Availability
VNTR WORKS develops aftermarket OEM+ automotive integration systems for selected vehicle platforms.
Product availability, pricing, specifications, images and product descriptions may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update products at any time.
Some products are made-to-order, small-batch, pre-order, custom-finished or dependent on component availability.
Standard processing and production time is typically 5–7 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand, or for OEM paint-matched, custom-finished, pre-order or special-order products, production may take up to 15 business days before shipment. If we expect a longer delay, we will contact the customer.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, specifications and compatibility information as accurately as possible.
However, product appearance, finish, fitment and specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, continuous product refinement, display settings, material characteristics or production methods.
All products are shown in black for presentation purposes unless otherwise stated. Unless the OEM paint matching option is selected, products are supplied unpainted.
Vehicle Compatibility
The customer is responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before placing an order.
VNTR WORKS is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by wrong vehicle model, trim level, market specification, driving side, selected product option or customer-provided information.
If you are unsure about compatibility or the correct product configuration, please contact us before placing an order.
Aftermarket Products
VNTR WORKS products are aftermarket OEM+ integration systems and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Toyota Motor Corporation, Lexus or any vehicle manufacturer.
All trademarks, vehicle names and brand references are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.
Off-Road Use Only
VNTR WORKS products are intended for off-road, show, utility and auxiliary use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Products are not certified, approved or homologated for road use unless explicitly stated in writing. The customer is responsible for verifying local laws, regulations and vehicle inspection requirements before installation and use.
VNTR WORKS is not responsible for fines, failed vehicle inspections, legal restrictions or road-use violations resulting from the installation or use of its products.
Installation and Use
Professional installation is recommended.
The customer is responsible for proper installation, safe use and compliance with local laws and regulations.
VNTR WORKS is not responsible for damage, malfunction, injury, vehicle issues or legal consequences caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, improper wiring, incorrect mounting, incorrect tools or failure to follow installation guidance.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and current.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete information, unavailable products, shipping limitations or unsupported destination countries.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping
VNTR WORKS ships from the United Arab Emirates to selected international markets.
Free international shipping is available on orders of USD 299 or more.
Shipping and transit times vary depending on destination, customs clearance and carrier performance.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include production or preparation time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The total delivery time therefore consists of the applicable production or preparation time plus the transit time after dispatch.
Customs inspections, local holidays, remote delivery locations, incomplete delivery information or carrier delays may extend estimated transit times.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
Made-to-order products, OEM paint matched products, custom-finished products and special-order items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.

Third-Party Components
Some VNTR WORKS products may include or integrate third-party components. Third-party components remain subject to their original manufacturer specifications and limitations.
VNTR WORKS is not responsible for changes, discontinuation, defects, delays or limitations of third-party components beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, text, images, logos, graphics, product concepts and brand elements are the property of VNTR WORKS or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or use our content, designs or brand elements without prior written consent.
