This website is operated by Vntr Works FZE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vntr Works FZE, trading under the brand name VNTR WORKS.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Products and Availability
VNTR WORKS develops aftermarket OEM+ automotive integration systems for selected vehicle platforms.
Product availability, pricing, specifications, images and product descriptions may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update products at any time.
Some products are made-to-order, small-batch, pre-order, custom-finished or dependent on component availability. Estimated lead times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on production capacity, component availability, finishing requirements, quality control and shipping conditions.
Some products may require more than 30 business days before shipment, especially in case of OEM paint matching, custom finishing, pre-order items, special-order components, high order volume, supplier delays, production constraints, quality control, packaging requirements or other circumstances outside VNTR WORKS’ direct control.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, specifications and compatibility information as accurately as possible.
However, product appearance, finish, fitment and specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, continuous product refinement, display settings, material characteristics or production methods.
All products are shown in black for presentation purposes unless otherwise stated. Unless the OEM paint matching option is selected, products are supplied unpainted.
Vehicle Compatibility
The customer is responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before placing an order.
VNTR WORKS is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by wrong vehicle model, trim level, market specification, driving side, selected product option or customer-provided information.

Aftermarket Products
VNTR WORKS products are aftermarket OEM+ integration systems and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Toyota Motor Corporation, Lexus or any vehicle manufacturer.
All trademarks, vehicle names and brand references are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.
Off-Road Use Only
VNTR WORKS products are intended for off-road, show, utility and auxiliary use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Products are not certified, approved or homologated for road use unless explicitly stated in writing. The customer is responsible for verifying local laws, regulations and vehicle inspection requirements before installation and use.
VNTR WORKS is not responsible for fines, failed vehicle inspections, legal restrictions or road-use violations resulting from the installation or use of its products.
Installation and Use
Professional installation is recommended.
The customer is responsible for proper installation, safe use and compliance with local laws and regulations.
VNTR WORKS is not responsible for damage, malfunction, injury, vehicle issues or legal consequences caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, improper wiring, incorrect mounting, incorrect tools or failure to follow installation guidance.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and current.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete information, unavailable products, shipping limitations or unsupported destination countries.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees or local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Shipping
Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, product size, order combination, packaging volume and carrier conditions.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees or local charges required by their country unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
Made-to-order products, OEM paint matched products, custom-finished products and special-order items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.

Third-Party Components
Some VNTR WORKS products may include or integrate third-party components. Third-party components remain subject to their original manufacturer specifications and limitations.
VNTR WORKS is not responsible for changes, discontinuation, defects, delays or limitations of third-party components beyond our control.

All website content, product designs, text, images, logos, graphics, product concepts and brand elements are the property of VNTR WORKS or used with permission.
