Shipping Policy

VNTR WORKS ships automotive integration systems from the United Arab Emirates to selected international markets.

Processing and Production Time

Most VNTR WORKS products are made to order, prepared in small batches or customized according to the customer’s selected configuration.

Standard processing and production time is typically 5–30 business days before shipment.

Some products may require more than 30 business days before shipment, especially in case of OEM paint matching, custom finishing, pre-order items, special-order components, high order volume, supplier delays, production constraints, quality control, packaging requirements or other circumstances outside VNTR WORKS’ direct control.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. VNTR WORKS will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed if an order requires additional production or preparation time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, product size, order combination, packaging volume and shipment requirements. Final shipping rates are shown during checkout.

VNTR WORKS reserves the right to contact the customer if a shipment requires special handling, oversized packaging, multi-package shipment or additional logistics coordination.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance and carrier performance.

Estimated transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspections, local holidays, remote delivery locations, incomplete delivery information or logistics delays.

The total time from order placement to delivery may exceed 30 business days due to made-to-order production, OEM paint matching, customization, international shipping, customs clearance or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees or local charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

VNTR WORKS is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, missing import documentation requested by the destination country or unpaid customs charges.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, email address and phone number.

VNTR WORKS is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, return shipments or additional costs caused by incorrect address details, unavailable recipients, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges or failure to respond to carrier requests.

Damaged Shipments

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact VNTR WORKS as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and damaged product. Delayed claims may affect our ability to file a carrier claim.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products

Some products may be offered as pre-order, made-to-order or limited small-batch items.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on production capacity, component availability, finishing requirements, quality control and order volume.

Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled only if production, painting, customization, packaging or procurement of special-order components has not yet started.

Once production, customization or procurement has started, the order may no longer be cancellable.
