Refund and Return Policy

VNTR WORKS products are made-to-order, small-batch or custom automotive integration systems. Please review all product details, vehicle compatibility, selected options, finish, driving side, shipping information and import requirements carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, hardware and documentation.

Products that have been installed, modified, painted, damaged, used, wired, mounted or handled in a way that affects resale condition are not eligible for return.

All returns require prior written approval from VNTR WORKS. Products returned without prior approval may be rejected.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Made-to-order products, OEM paint matched products, custom-finished products and special-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.

OEM paint matching is prepared according to the customer’s selected or provided paint information. VNTR WORKS is not responsible for incorrect paint codes or incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production, painting, customization, packaging or procurement of special-order components has not yet started.

Once production or customization has started, the order may no longer be cancellable.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact VNTR WORKS as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging
Clear photos of the shipping label
Description of the issue

VNTR WORKS will review the case and determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit or refund is appropriate.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must contact VNTR WORKS as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and damaged product. Delayed claims may affect our ability to file a carrier claim.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product confirmed by VNTR WORKS.

Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, payment processing fees and local charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by VNTR WORKS.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Vehicle Compatibility

The customer is responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

VNTR WORKS is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by wrong vehicle model, trim, market specification, driving side, selected product option or customer-provided information.

Installation

Professional installation is recommended.

VNTR WORKS is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, improper wiring, incorrect mounting, incorrect tools or failure to follow installation guidance.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect:

OEM paint matched products
Custom-finished products
Made-to-order products
Special-order items
Installed products
Used products
Modified products
Products damaged by installation or misuse
Products returned without prior approval

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
